The champions were crowned on the final night of the 2015 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo and what an exciting finish it was for many.<\/p>\n

The event champions were:<\/p>\n

Bareback \u2013\u00a0Steven Peebles
\nSteer Wrestling \u2013\u00a0Hunter Cure
\nTeam Roping \u2013\u00a0Aaron Tsinigine\/Kollin VonAhn \u00a0(did not rope together)
\nSaddle Bronc \u2013\u00a0Jacobs Crawley
\nTie Down Roping \u2013\u00a0Caleb Smidt
\nBarrel Racing \u2013\u00a0Callie duPerier
\nBull Riding \u2013\u00a0Sage Kimzey<\/p>\n

Team Canada finished strong with Bareback rider Clint Laye splitting 4th in the final round (82) and Orin Larson split 6th with an 81. \u00a0 In the Steer Wrestling Tanner Milan held is 3rd place position in average proving it was well worth grabbing that horn and going after the steer like he did in round 1. \u00a0He didn’t place in the last round with his 5 second run, but his average cheque will pay over $43,000 US<\/p>\n

In the Saddle Bronc riding Zeke Thurston also earned some money in the average for 5th and split 6th in the last round with an 82.5. \u00a0Tyrel Larson finished strong as well with and 82 point ride, just out of placing.<\/p>\n

In the barrel racing Deb Guelly didn’t end the finals the way she has hoped. \u00a0She did run her quickest time of the week, but knocked a barrel.<\/p>\n
