Old Smooth Barrel Horse

GATOR is a 21 year old, 15 hand, grade QH gelding.  He runs a very consistent 1D barrel pattern, gets excited coming into the arena and is best suited to an experienced rider.  My 10 year old daughter ran him for the first time at the Virden CCA/MRCA Rodeo and won a cheque. We were 6 th overall in the Open at the Barrel Extravaganza in Estevan in 2011. He is very smooth, doesn’t jerk you back and always stops square at the fence.  He can also do a pretty good pole pattern too!  Gator would be great for a smaller rider or somebody with a bad back!

GATOR has no buck but is not an old quiet trail riding horse or a peewee walk-trot barrel horse.  He can be “prancy” and a “looker” but never spooks when he is running the barrels. He’s 100% sound and has always had regular dental care.    $1,500 or best offer.
