Extremely fast, willing and well broke — Red is in his prime and the kind of horse that will do anything you ask of him.

If you don’t like getting outrun by calves in the pasture or steers in the arena, Red will be your best friend. He’s seriously fast, with a powerful motor and the breeding to back it up.

Red has been used as a heading horse. He goes willingly into the box, stands and scores good, and leaves strong when you drop your hand. Once you dally and peel off, he knows his job, has a good finish and faces up nicely.

He also has ranch and pasture experience. If you want a horse you can ride up to a wire gate, open and close it off his back and carry on — Red’s your man.

His speed, willingness and temperament made him a great pickup horse at a rodeo this summer. He’s also been ridden bareback and ground driven in harness. Whatever you ask, Red is game.

The speed comes honestly. Red is by Streakin Crime, a son of Crimewave, bringing Crimewave and First Down Dash onto the top side of his pedigree.

For all his speed and ability, Red is an absolute sweetheart on the ground. He loves people, is first to the gate to be caught and go riding, and is very good for the farrier.
