Re: What to pay

I also pay between $20 - 25 per day depending on winter or summer chores which are minimal at best. I basically pay for peace of mind.

Re: roping ropes

I am assuming that you mean team roping in my response. Depends if you want to head or heel. Also if it is for a young person or for an adult. I would recomend a xs (extra soft) or a s (soft) 30' 3 strand head rope if the person is just learning to swing a rope period. 3 strand are cheaper and the s...

Re: Left at a rodeo a set of soft ride's Update owner found

I am happy the owner was found. I would loved to have a set of these, but my conscious would have bothered me every time I thought about using them. I work hard for the things I have and would assume so does everyone else. Thanks for the nice note, now let's just hope Canada Post get's them delivere...

Re: Proud flesh treatments

Burnt Alum, really old remedy but it works well. Use an old pan, or foil works too and put the alum in cook it till it turns to a liquid, let it cool and it will be a solid again and put on the wound.

Re: Miniature Australian Shepherds?

I liked them so much that I started raising them. The only caveat as with any breed of dog is to really watch for the temperament and breeding of the parents. good luck, I know you will love one.

I had a dog with a liver infection. Treated with sulfa drugs prescribed by the vet. He recovered quickly and never got it again..

Re: Drop In Riding Fee's

I once used an arena with a drop in riding fee...which is great and it looks like you have that figured out. At this arena they limited it to certain riding disciplines. This might sound harsh but heck who wants to be doing circle work when someone else wants to use a jump or someone is swinging a r...

I have a male also through April and love him. What I like about them is they seem so tuned into you which in turn makes them very trainable. Highly recommend these dogs.
