Re: Looking for opinions on barrel racing lines

This is great everyone, thanks! One of the colts we're considering is a grandson of Bully Bullion and On the Money Red and a great grandson of Shawne Bug (Lady Bugs Moon) and also goes back to Easy Jet (one generation off his papers). His dam and sire are fantasically well bred.

We're looking for opinions and preferences on the barrel racing bloodlines out there and thought this would be a great place to start with all of the barrel racing enthusiasts here:) What bloodlines do you love and/or live by? What are you looking for to buy or compete off of? What would you look fo...

Tack Shop with lots of saddles!

I was told of a place somewhere north of Calgary that had close to 500 saddles in stock, anyone know who or where this might be?

Thanks

Summer camps?

We're moving to the Cochrane area in the next couple of months. I was wondering if there were any horse related summer camps within an hour or so drive that a 14 year old girl could attend. She's just learning to ride western after about 6 years of the hunter/jumper scene (noncompetitive). She's ver...

There's not much you can do, other than sand blast it and have it chromed. I have a few that are just plain sweet iron bits that are rusted I just keep on using them, I suppose you could try wiping it down with Veg. or olive oil after sand blasting it clean. It might prevent the rust. Just my 2 cent...

Moving to Cochrane and need some help

Hi everyone, I'm new to this board but I was hoping that someone could help me. My hubby just got a great job in Cochrane and it looks like we're heading west from Ontario. He will be leaving on Monday for the long road trip and the rest of us will be following shortly after. I was wondering is anyo...
