Sports Photographer Needed

Little off topic for rodeoclassifieds BUT...... Does anyone have any recommedations for a sports photographer for a hockey tournament? We tried Alberta Sports Pics but they no longer do it. We need to find one that can commit to this tournament today for March 14-17 or even just March 16-17 in Clare...

Re: Ladies All Around Saddles

I have a Frontier Versatility saddle. I wanted a second saddle but a have a few colts and I didn't want to just buy another barrel saddle. I also like to rope sometimes. The Versatility was the best choice for me. The quality is great and it is a 15X so it comes with a lifetime guarantee on the craf...

Re: Calgary Stampede TV Coverage

Big rodeos like the calgary stampede aren't too popular any more, so not surprising there's hardly any coverage? The death of the 4 horses in 2 days doesn't help any either. I think there is a ton of coverage, you just have to have the right channel and likely a Canadian Dish LOL (which I thi...

Re: Pro Equine Boots

You are right Randa, Pro Equine boots come in fronts and hinds and the hinds are a bit taller than the fronts. 8-)

However, the Relentless boot made by Pro Equine, only come as one size with regards to height. :-D

Re: Serious Saddle Fit Troubles

My good sorrel horse has a decent wither and big shoulders like you describe which makes him kind of drop off deep in the scapula area as well. I have had no problems at all over years with my 20x Frontier barrel saddles with any of my horses. Both saddles are 6 1/2 wide trees with a slight flare to...

Re: Dr Kirk

Hey Huey, don't know if you remember that sorrel head horse we had called Scooter but he was by Dr. Kirk. We had him about the same time as Cisco and sold them both to the same people. He was a nice horse and could really really run. :)

Re: winter blankets

I use the Pro Equine blankets but I'm bias!! 8o) On another note, I don't think any of our Canadian Western Retail stores are unreasonable with regards to defective merchandise; however, they would likely have to see the product first before fixing or replacing it. You would likely have to be willin...

Re: Team Roping at the CFR

Cowtown, you are definately in a league of your own. Unfortunately for you, Team Roping is in every Amature or Prorodeo association finals across North America and the CPRA is the only association left that is to accept it whole heartedly. Team Roping IS a rodeo event whether you like it :wink...

Re: Super Stakes . . did you know
