can you imagine the whining and crying if a 5 sec penalty was assessed on someone's run? even if they were prewarned about the no hat rule? whew! it is a great idea and they should get a 5 sec penalty if they lose their hat during the run also. the ground crew doesn't need the extra hassle of runnin...

don't know how this counts, but I was told one time by old time horseman that if there was alot of standup hair around the swirls front of the hips on the flanks of a horse = ulcers.

stupid, lack of common sense or just plain rude

what about those who have warmed up their horses and then 3 of them are just walking riding abreast chit chatting :evil: or they'll stop to visit in the middle of the pen or on one of the sides. :evil: when done warming up in the pen - leave to do your visiting so others can warm up or at least move...

what about going to small claims court for your training money and costs or consult with your lawyer - then this person will know you are serious. if you haven't spoken with a lawyer about it, it might be a good idea. they don't usually charge for a first time consultation and if they do it wouldn't...

with family expansion we are thinking of a living quarters trailer. what are some of the things you look for in a trailer? what is good and bad about the different ones?
