Heritage Park in Calgary is really neat to see. You need at least 1/2 a day to see it. I believe it is still open. The Cattle Baron in Southeast Calgary is the best steakhouse in the west!!

Have fun and hopefully the weather holds up for you vacation.

If it is milled flax, you can feed 1 cup of it twice day. You don't need to soak it you can just add it to their grain.

If it is flax the seed, you need to get it milled. I wouldn't feed it whole. JMO

Let me know if you need milled flax.

Not too sure if this will help but... Oats are the highest startch based feed. Startch in feed is what gives a horse energy. Oats are a natural feed for horses. But if you are looking for a high energy complete feed Omolene 200 is the highest sweet feed that Purina makes. It has Athlete built into i...

Claresholm Jackpot

I was just wondering?.... If I held a jackpot in Claresholm at the outdoor arena on Thursday Aug 31 would anyone come? Let me know what you all think. If I get a lot of feed back I will put one on. Thanks.

Have a great day.

I am a big fan of whole oats, Denton Moffat's Oxy Equine Vitamin Mineral Supplement, kelp, xango juice, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and renewal.

If anyone needs feed along their travels, we have a good feed store in Claresholm right next to Frontier Western Shop.

If you want a complete feed that will add weight and not make the horse hot I would use XTN by Nutrena. I have used it on my 4 year old that was skin and bone and he picked up so much.

If you would like to know where to get some of this feed PM me.

Good luck.
