this may make me sound not very smart but i have a 2007 kiefer trailer with a couch in it and im sure its supposed to fold down flat into a bed but i cant get it to go down. does someone have a similar trailer or know the trick it takes to get it down? LOL

I have to lift the base of mine up for the back to come down. Sometimes the back hooks on something so I have to pull it forward while lifting up and out on the bottom.
