horse nose bleeds

Postby joey » Wed May 07, 2014 1:54 pm

Looking for suggestions or cures for my mare that gets nose bleeds. She is allergic to lasix so i need something other than that. Im trying equiwinner patches right now but wonder if anyone has had anything else work or suggested to them. I heard of the new flare strips but they are quite expensive.

What are you feeding? Green grass and Alfalfa can also increase bleeding.

Sorry my PM didn't work for some reason, can't open my messages. If anyone wants info on the Equidite products and the Bleed Block formula, please email me at mci4020@telus.net or call 403 362-0776.
