1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS RodeoClassifieds.com provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. By using RodeoClassifieds.com services, you agree to accept all TOS, together with any modifications or amendments thereto. Throughout the TOS, the term "you" shall mean the user of the service, whether that user is a natural person, corporation or other entity.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE RodeoClassifieds.com currently provides users with classified services and a discussion forum. You understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for RodeoClassifieds.com to provide the Service. By using the services of RodeoClassifieds.com, all users, sellers and buyers agree to all terms in their entirety.

3. CONDITIONS OF ADVERTISEMENT SERVICES RodeoClassifieds.com does not expressly or impliedly guarantee the sale of your horse, your horse's services, nor the owner's products or services. All advertisement listings are subject to reasonable editorial changes to maintain the integrity and prestige of our service. If you provide contact information (in your ad) for people interested in your horse(s) products or services, RodeoClassifieds.com is not responsible for any misuse of this information. It is your responsibility to advise RodeoClassifieds.com upon the sale of your horse or item. RodeoClassifieds.com is not responsible for typos or accidental errors appearing on the service. RodeoClassifieds.com is not responsible for violations created or caused by service users and/or customers. Potential violations include, but are not limited to: copyright, trademark, trade names, patents, or other violations of any local, provincial, state, federal or international laws. RodeoClassifieds.com, in its sole discretion, may display your classified ad on any, some or all of its partner Networks without your consent.

4. NO GUARANTEE RodeoClassifieds.com does not guarantee the sale of your horse, your horse's services, your products or services or any other product or service advertised on RodeoClassifieds.com’s site. RodeoClassifieds.com does not guarantee the owner/seller's services, representations, or any horse's performance or fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, RodeoClassifieds.com strongly recommends that a pre-purchase exam should be performed by the buyer's equine veterinarian of choice, on any horse prior to purchase. RodeoClassifieds.com does not guarantee or warrant the performance of any person or entity advertising on its site. RodeoClassifieds.com does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content.

5. PRIVACY POLICY Your private information will be kept private and never sold or provided to another organization.

6. MEMBER CONDUCT You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials (hereinbefore and after the "Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. This means that you, and not RodeoClassifieds.com, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service.

INDEMNITY You agree to indemnify and hold RodeoClassifieds.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners and employees harmless against and with respect to any action, suit, proceeding, demand, assessment, judgment, loss, cost, liability, damage or expense, including attorneys’ fees and court costs, now existing or hereafter arising as a proximate result of Content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS or violation of any international, federal, provincial, state or local treaty, statute, law and/or regulation relating to your use of the Service.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE RodeoClassifieds.com reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that RodeoClassifieds.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

DEALINGS WITH ADVERTISERS Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions with, advertisers found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that RodeoClassifieds.com shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Service.

10. LINKS The Service may provide or third parties may provide links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because RodeoClassifieds.com has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that RodeoClassifieds.com is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that RodeoClassifieds.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through .
